Booked my BMW X5 to be transported from SC to WA the Company never got in touch with me before during or after, will not answer telephone calls, voicemails or emails, I am now having to drive a 3000 mile trip following my husband in our truck pulling our fifth wheel pickup window was 04/18 - 04/20 today is 04/21 have requested refund of my deposit, failure to do so I will report this company for fraud. Reading other peoples testimonials it surprises me how this company even exists, they have the nerve to say they are the Industry leaders in Vehicle Transportation.
